Learn how to configure Ulka Chat to meet your business needs. This section covers all settings available in Ulka Chat, from user preferences to organization-wide configurations.
Settings Categories
Preference Settings
Configure your personal preferences, including language, timezone, display options, and interface customization.
Profile Settings
Manage your user profile, including name, email, avatar, and role information.
Organization Settings
Configure organization-wide settings including organization name, plugin keys, default settings, and team management.
Security Settings
Manage security settings including password policies, two-factor authentication, API keys, and access controls.
Notification Settings
Control how and when you receive notifications for conversations, mentions, and system events.
Quick Settings Access
Access settings from anywhere in Ulka Chat:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the settings category you want to configure
Settings Permissions
Depending on your role, you may have access to different settings:
- Admin: Full access to all settings
- Manager: Access to most settings except security and billing
- Agent: Limited to personal preferences and profile settings
